Come experience the magic of the stones. This unrushed session indulges you completely. Luxuriate as the penetrating warmth of the heated smooth basalt stones and hands massage and dissolve away tension and soothe your muscles, while some of the stones are placed on energy balancing points, and rest along the spine, and between the toes. The results are… heavenly, you will virtually float away.

Aptly named, this full body massage combines the best of our treatments in one experience: Stones, massage and pressure points. Take your massage to a new level of relaxation and healing with the soothing use of heat and as needed cool stones. A great way to sample the stones while still getting plenty of hands-on massage, and the very “grounding” and re-balancing effects of the pressure points, all in one treatment.

How much does a Heated Bamboo Massage Session cost (full set*)?

Drawing from the wood element Warm Bamboo and rosewood tools combine with the hands into a flowing massage treatment that alternates between massage and with the smooth heated bamboo tools as an extension of the hands. The bamboo is an excellent tool for deep work, kneading and stretching muscle and fascia, dissolving trigger points and assisting with realignment. The massage can go as light or as deep as necessary.

*What is the difference between a “full set” and “half set” of Hot Stones?
The half set provides an introduction to the Hot Stone Experience, while still getting plenty of hands-on massage. The stones will be used to massage along muscles that commonly lock up – in the back, shoulders, neck, and legs. They help dissolve tension and feel amazing. Now that you have an inexpensive way to try them, I guarantee you’ll be a convert!
The full set is based on the traditional La Stone session, it includes all the stones for an indulgent, unique and grounding experience. Of course this means using the stones to massage the body with, but the intention of this session is for grounding and balancing of the your energy system as well as massaging along the muscles. The stones will be placed between the toes, along your spine, over the front chakras and cupped in the hands, and soles of the feet. Not only is it very comforting and grounding, clients often report forgetting the stones are even there. As they become one with you. Pure Bliss.
What length of session should I book?
This is a common question. Most people are accustomed to booking an hour-long session, which is fine, but generally not enough time to complete a whole body massage. If this is your first session, I highly recommend starting with the 90-minute, or even the 75-minute session. This is the length of time needed to be thorough when providing a full body massage treatment. And time will fly when you are on the table.
A one-hour treatment is perfect if you are short for time, are smaller framed, or have a few specific areas of focus for the session.
Two-hour treatments are offered for those who are larger framed, or have multiple areas of focus to address in one session.
